Our La Honda Cottage

Charming, rustic studio cottage in a fenced yard, on a park-like 1-acre lot. Wood stove, built-in bookcases, and partitioned bedroom. Partly furnished if desired: Ikea bed, redwood table, desk, butcher block. Kitchen features a reconditioned vintage Wedgewood stove. Bathroom shower, sink, floor and fan were new in 2014. Private deck and uncovered off-street parking space. Cottage tenants enjoy use of convenient basement laundry room at the rear of larger house on the lot. (House tenants have pets in shared yard). La Honda homeowners' guild swimming pool (summer only) is free to tenants, along with hiking trails, playground, and tennis court. Ten minutes to the beach at San Gregorio, 25-minute drive to Stanford (no public transportation). Verizon cell service works here. We are long-time owners of this property and take pride in providing a beautiful retreat in nature for the right person or couple.
